Green Day
With the return of Green Day comes a great link to DIY Rain Barrels. Really a must-have for home owners and house renters, especially in Denver these days...
Being an out of towner like you are, you probably are unaware that water law in Colorado makes it illegal to store rainwater, because then you're confiscating the water rights of someone downstream... So be careful with these!
